An ENLY10 Casting account lets an applicant maintain reusable profile information and view active or previous ENLY10 applications. Clerk authenticates the account, while ENLY10 uses Cloudflare D1 as the system of record for profile details, applications, statuses, and authorized internal notes. A project application may include a role or crew position, contact details, location, union status, age-band confirmation, availability, notes, a PDF or DOCX resume, JPG or PNG headshots, MP4 or MOV self-tapes or reels, approved external sharing links, and related metadata. Required materials vary by project and are identified in the application. Uploaded files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2, screened for malware, and reviewed through a Cloudflare Access-protected staff dashboard. Operational email tells authorized staff that a submission was received; application records and materials are reviewed through the protected system. A confirmation reference helps ENLY10 locate a submission but is not a password or proof of identity. Project-specific uploaded media follows the approximately 90-day deletion schedule described above, while D1 application records and reusable profile information follow the longer retention rules described above. External links remain with the provider you selected. Do not submit government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Auditions, casting accounts, and applications are only for people 18 or older.
